I did as well. Though it was less so a prize kind of thing and more so a "There are hot girls in your area!" kind of thing. Seeing no opportunity to ramble at it, I left it alone. When I checked out the NG account later, it had been deleted.
I think it's safe to say, if you receive mysterious non-solicited links, it would be a safe assumption that it's something malicious. I'd ignore it or delete it, just to be on the safe side.
